I know youtube videos suck. The video on my handphone suck as well. I also know that bandwidth, screen resolution enlargement makes can affect the video. How to make a poor quality video aside from adjusting the bandwidth and screen resolution. Does high-pass or low pass have any effect on it? Also, how to differentiate videos that are high pass and low pass?
