im synching my ipod nano 5g and itunes keeps syncing video files, all the video boxes are unchecked and im not telling it to. iv tried formatting it and restoring it, no change. help????

You must have a 3G nano since that is the latest version that plays video.

Did you also set it to "Sync only checked songs and videos" on the Summary tab of you iPod's sync settings.? There is also better options to manage your iPods viseos in the other sync settings tabs. The iPods sync settings are set in the tabs in the main pane of iTunes when you select it in iTunes.
