I have a "Nano" playlist that is 3.47 gigs. I sync the nano and it fills up to 2.18, with 1.34 gigs free. I click on the Nano playlist under the nano, and it shows 3.47 gigs as the size. I go to windows explorer and it confirms it's full only up to 2.18. Help?

Also I get the dreaded 1418 error when I try to restore and I can't format through windows, not even through disk management :( I have the latest iTunes version.

Switched from Vista to XP and now everything is hunky dory. Was even able to restore the Nano.
