Hello,

For the past 2 days everytime I plug my ipod in and itunes comes up it goes to charge mode and completely skips the syncing process, and when i go to file where you can sycn is on your own its in grey and will not let me use it. The ipod charges but will not let me add or substract songs from it. I run windows Vista and up until this point had no problems with it ( I tunes)...help plz
