I synced my 160 Classic and I got the pop up box that said there was a problem with 100 songs (out of 4486 tunes). I scrolled through Itunes, found the songs with the ! mark, right clicked them, clicked OK and they were happy. I started to notice that all ! songs were 3:58 to 4:03 long. :eek: :confused:

So I made a smart playlist based on time and fixed them all. Resynced and it got ! 3 songs 3:53, 3:54 and 3:55 long. Is my Itunes being possessed by some sort of time freak?

3rd resync and everything was happy (for now).

FWIW, I always get the -48 error that won't go away or respond to the fixes I found here.
