I got the sad face recently and I have been able to get my ipod into disk mode. However, whenever I do and I plug it into the computer Itunes doesn't reconize it and neither does my computer. However, I know that part of the computer reconizes it however because it makes that sound that windows makes whenever you plug an external drive in. Can any one please help me?
