So I have a feeling my 30GB video may have bitten the dust. I'm ready to resort to sending it out somewhere to try to get it fixed. I found ipodrepairsquad.com through another website and also saw it in the "directory" here. Anyone deal with them before - should I send it in for the "free diagnosis?"
