Buying either an iTouch or a new Nano--is the extended warranty worth it?

I will be using this as I travel (US)--and I travel about 75% of the time on business. The devine will be in an out of my bag as I go through TSA checks, sit on planes, etc.

Any thoughts on whether this extended warranty is worth it?
