Was fantastic.
I purchased a new 160 GB classic, and it would not change EQ settings. I called Apple on Friday 12/7, and they had a prepaid DHL box to me - to enclose return my and return it to the repair center - on Monday night 12/10. It was shipped back to Apple on 12/11 and Apple received it on Wednesday 12/12. They shipped a replacement to me on 12/13 and it arrived 12/14. You really cant ask for better service that that !!
BTW .. my replacement unit looked the same as new ... not a mark on it. I checked the new serial number for warranty coverage, and it looks as though Apple even credited me with a weeks worth of warranty.
You dont realize how much you like these things until you are not with them .. even if it was only 3 nights !! =============
