Hey, I bought an iPod Touch 32GB 2G, 10 days ago from the apple store. I have my receipt, and everything that came with it, it's opened but has no scratches or defects whatsoever. It doesn't have any hacks and it never did but it does have my music and some free applications I downloaded off iTunes. Anyways I was wondering if I would be able to go tomorrow and return the Touch, for my money back, and get myself the new Nano 4G? I'm loving the touch but I busted too much money on it. Will they give me my money back? or store credit?

I believe that you will need to pay a restocking fee, since it is open. But you should be able to get your money back, and then spend in on a Nano.
