i always like working on my art or going to the movies.
my dog always cheers me up ( because he's such a cuite!)
and going out for coffee or taking a hot bath.

Walking my doggie.... she's an annoying little cretin but at least she gets me out of the house. :)
Oh - and eating chocolate and reading books in the bath. But I warn you! If you are eating chocolate and reading a book at the same time, it can be messy! It'll be like, you'll drop a bit of chocolate in the bath, and when you realise it, you go "SHIT!!" and drop your book.. then you go "SHIT!!" and drop some more of your chocolate. And what do you get? Brown water and a soggy book covered in chocolate. Nice! :p

usually music, whether it be making or listening to. i've been going for bikerides lately, but i've been doing that while listening to music, so it's sorta similar. =============
Listen to Tori, or Queen Adreena while singing into my hairbrush, they usually get me happy.

Drag my dog Rupert up and down the road, because he is a chubby little bugger who needs more exercise! but he is cute and I love him :)

Play my piano, something I think I would probably die, if I could not do, its my piece of stability, I know it will always be happy to see me.

Go for a drive in my car up into the mountains, when I feel lonely, getting away from everywhere gives me time to think and I feel at home up there, I dont feel lonely there, I feel safe. =============
Play music! Music which makes me happy, like Kylie ;) . Dance. Work out. Write or read, or watch some interesting documentary. =============
practicing makes me feel better.. well, I take that back.. if I don't feel well it's usually just playing something I really love to play. not really practicing anything.. just playing. swimming makes me feel alot better too.. but it isn't very convenient since I'd have to drive across town sometime between 2 and 5 on weekdays if I'm feeling bad. so I usually don't get around to swimming. I also listen to music or draw. or just call someone.. or get on the computer and talk to someone.

Music has always been a good healer for me. I have found the music of Madonna, Kate Bush, Kirsty MacColl (the broken hearted would all benefit from a copy of her Titanic Days album - Soho Square is a marvel), and Tori of course. Little Earthquakes always makes me cry, especially Winter with it's thems of time passing you by, and you playing it safe, and China reminds of a straight boy I knew once.
It helps me understand all the problems in my life.

Listening to any cd from my vast collection, along w/ a nice, fat bowl :q My cats always make me feel loved, and sometimes it really helps. Usually I will just call my mom and she makes me laugh. =============
I try to keep one hillarious memory from the pervious week on-hand in my brain just in case depression creeps up. Then I can think of that incident & at least smile. :b =============
i love writing in my journal and writing poetry, it can be such a relief to get things out and not feel that i'm not really that crazy =============
usually I put on a cd and listen to the same cd for hours on end.
also, oftenly I curl up with a good book and my cat (who's pretty much my best friend, lol) by my side.
playing piano and writing are also fabulous things I use to feel better. =============
