Ok you all know how I am *this* close to graduating?? That I need ONE class to take in the spring and I was worried if they were offering it??

IT IS BEING OFFERED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I REALLY AM GRADUATING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am in tears that how happy and excited I am!!(and what's better-my work schedule doesn't have to change!! Woohoo!)

I was having a great weekend as it is-and this just made it that much better!!!!!

Congratulations! That is so fantastic! I know i was excited when i found out the one last class i needed was being offered. I still can't believe i am graduating in the spring and this is my last semester! It's so exciting and sad at the same time, i really love my friends and my school. :) But i can definitely understand your feelings of excitement that the class is being offered and at a time you can take it no less! That's great! :)

Laru-Wasn't that just about both the best and worst feeling in the world? For me it was like soaring in the air-and then remembering I can't fly. It very suddenly hit me that college was not going to be part of my life anymore very soon. I've met lots of cool people and done lots of things I otherwise wouldn't have had the chance to in college. Its one part of my life, a big part, ending and another beginning.

Well I had my grad check today, with my 19th C. Brit Novel professor. She's a great teacher and very nice to boot. What made me like her even more-she was asking me what I planned to do with my degree and I mentioned my love for children's literature, and she suggested the *very* thing I'd been giving serious consideration to-becoming a children's librarian. Well anyhow-the grad check showed that I am on the right track, I've taken all the right classes and indeed I only have that one class left!! (well after I pass my classes this quarter). And with GE-the school will send me a GE checklist, but I just double-checked myself on that yesterday and I'm good to go. I'm taking my last GE class now.

So come June 15th, I'll be a college graduate!!!!

its such a great feeling when it finally arrives...you are done! That last semester (quarter?) is just going to fly by, but it is just the best time. Are you going to walk thru the graduation ceremonies? that was probably one of the best parts of it for me, having my friends and family there to see me actually graduate and finish college.

Thanks for the well-wishes everyone!! ;) They're really helping with getting me through this quarter!!

Even this quarter is going by very quickly!! Next week, I have midterms! There are 10 weeks in a term for me, and next week is the fifth!! Once I filed for graduation (and then got sick!!) things have just FLOWN by. I guess its becuase of the "So much to do, so little time to do it" thing. I have soooo much to do but there never seems to be enough hours in a day for me to get them all done.

If I can just get through this quarter I am set-so keep your thoughts positive for me and your fingers crossed. :)
