Can anyone give me some ideas on how to get my metabolism up? I'm doing good on my diet and exercise.(I think?) I just thought I would loose faster. I've never really done the diet/ exercise thing before so I dont know. I've been at it for 2 weeks and I've lost 12 lbs. 10 of them was on the first week. I think that was from the drinking water where I used to drink pepsi or tea. (about 10 pepsis a day) I also wanted to know if there is anything I can do to make my breasts smaller.

eat about six smalls meals a day. TRUST ME!! :)

Can't help you with the smaller boob thing, ladies. Frankly, I have a fear of losing what little I've got. :p
Anyone know good exercises to help with the perkiness factor, though? Would chest exercises do the trick? =============
too bad people with too much boob can't donate a little to those of us who'd like a little more. :f =============

12 pounds in 2 weeks is good. If you want to pick it up pick up your cardio. Run daily and you'll see the pounds drop off. =============
Maybe if I give a little to everyone who wants some then I will be able to but a bra from wal-mart!!! :O
That is part of my weight loss goals. Get down to at least a 14 and loose enough boobs to buy bras anywhere!!!!!:l =============
