I am looking for someone who can do the following for a video heavy/blog affiliate site

can source and adapt a wordpress theme that fits the brief, especially giving prominence to video content
knowledge of affiliate marketing and best layouts
knows about effective placement of banners, ad spaces
can design a cool logo/masthead..for use on site and other products
can get the site up and running and leave me to fill it with content
needs to be someone who has affinity with MTV style work/design, youth, fashion or kids brands
happy to work with a challenging budget

any recommendations for a designer? or suitable people please PM
