the guy has won 28 days in a row..how long do you think he'll last? =============
29th day and counting. he'll make a million, i'm pretty sure. he's pretty cool. =============
how does he know allllllllll the stuff? =============
i've been watching every day now, to see if/when he gets bumped off. i'm really hoping he makes it to a million. he knows a lot, but i think it's mostly from having a good memory and a good strategy -- he gets a lot of answers in the first round and so the other players can't catch up. he relaxes in the second round, and is careful only to maintain his lead, and relies on the other players giving up.
if he gets knocked out, it'll be by someone who has an excellent first round game, and maybe a little faster with the trigger finger. =============
He has had so much practice with the trigger, it will be hard for a newcomer to beat him at that game. He is extremely quick, which is his real advantage. Like kittygirl said, he eases up in the second round, not buzzing in as quickly.
Watch him when he misses a question. He's got this intense look like he's permanently storing the information.
It must be tiring for him. They film 5 shows a day don't they? He might just resign after winning a certain amount. Otherwise, whoever knocks him out will go on a streak just as long. =============
he beat a mill today. actually was a tough game for him, he really had to crack down in the second round 'cuz his opponents were both in the positive after the first round. he was like lightning in the second round. missed the final jeopardy question but still barely broke a mill. =============
do you think his day job fired him yet? or did he just say "if I break a million, don't expect me in the office..." =============

40 straight (http://www.azcentral.com/news/articles/0908Jeopardy-ON.html)
LOS ANGELES - Ken Jennings has hit the Big Four-Oh - 40 straight wins on "Jeopardy."
He picked up another $21,800 Tuesday night (9-7-4) for a total, so far, of more than $1.3 million.

Rumor -- Did Ken Jennings Lose? (http://www.elitestv.com/pub/2004/Sep/EEN413f2e8a5423b.html)
Can Ken Jennings lose? The Jeopardy champ who has become Jeopardy's first million dollar winner may not be invincible after all. An unsubstantiated rumor on Jason Kottke’s website, www.kottke.org, states that Jennings has lost but that the game (his 75th) won’t air until late October. The Mormon phenom ends up taking home over two million dollars. =============
wow, so the stormin' mormon goes home?
i think the new season of jeopardy is supposed to start in the next week or so. =============
This guy rocks!
I applied for jeopardy teens, but they never called me.. =( =============
he's still winning? havent' been catching up w/ tv lately =============

come back when your blue eyed blonde =============
So, they showed that streak ending episode last night, and sure seemed like it ended abruptly.
They were showing some highlights on one of the TV stations, and this one woman's answer for final jeopary was classic:
(Something to the affect of) "Whatever Ken Jennings wrote..." =============
I wonder what the late night guys are gonna come up with for jokes. =============
I bet the woman who beat him had the ego enpowerment of her life. And don't expect her to survive even 5 games at most on Jeopardy, it was luck.
Can't wait to watch the tournament of champions =) =============
yea. she got lucky. or the guy lost on purpose. he got tired of being there =============
these stats are mighty impressive.
