Hi Gents
I been considering fitting 35" tyres to my 80 to improve the ratios a bit, and I will have to do a lift to have them fit. Currently got a 50mm lift and was thinking of going 4" or higher.
Can any of you 80 owners who done this give me some advice.
How do the handle on road?
Whats the best brand,ie Snake racing?
what are the issues with doing the lift?
Thanks Guys looking forward to your input

All I Know is a mates friend has a 80 with I think a 5-inch Bluemax Lift on 33?and it’s Big, seems to drive all right thou from what I have seen.
I think you are going to have the same problems as with any big lift, Brake lines, Driveline angle’s and so on. =============
If your suspension is working properly then it will travel from full extension to full compression, meaning that even with a 4" lift, the tyres will hit on full compression. Best bet would be to either do a body lift, or run only the biggest tyre that will fit without rubbing. =============
