my 05 hilux is running about 18 psi some times it runs over 20 psi the gauge only goes to 20psi max is this to much boost

Standard turbo?? I doubt it's running anywhere near 18 psi... maybe try another guage!

Hey mate I would say at a guess stock they would run about 8psi maybe 12 max.
Definately would be trying another gauge
