advice buying used wheels

Position: Home >> CarCare >> Tire >> Text ¡¡
Hi
I'm looking at buying some used wheels. What should I be looking at when I examine the wheel?. How can I tell that the wheel is free of damage (other then visual)? If there is no curb rash can I tell if its been re-conditioned? does that matter?

what questions should I ask the seller?

This is my first purchase of used wheels and they are not cheap. I'd like to ensure that the used wheel is actually as advertised.

Thanks for your comments
