I'm all ears. A few weeks back at startup I heard a loud clunk. Turns out both rear kartboy hangers let go. The outer one was split in half and the inner one seperated from the top. Kartboy has discontinued the part. I kept the stock hangers so I am using them temporarily. Problem is that they just don't support the exhaust right and allow to much flex.

really i didnt know kartboy discontinued them becaus ethey still have them listed for sale on there site http://www.allwheelengineering.com/basket/catalog.cgi?query_net_id=kartboy&query_class=KB-m006
but if they did discontiinue them you could always go with the corksport hangers they are the 11th item down on this page

your welcome =D =============
Tom at kartboy told me in a email that he discontinued them. Thanks for the the link, I'll check those out.
Edit: those look exactly like the kartboys and seeing how mine only lasted for 20K, I'm leary about trying them. Looking for something else? =============
i think kartboy and corksport are the only ones that make them specifically... im not sure what the kartboy's were made of, but the CS are polyurethane and are quite hard yet are flexible enough that i highly doubt they shear lilke that. They're probably something like 70-80 durometer? I have the CS and they seem to work great.
on a second thought, SLS or SU may make them, but i doubt they are better than CS. =============
i got mine off of Protephile and i they work well, shoot him a PM and see if he has anymore. =============
I bought these; http://www.good-win-racing.com/Mazda-Performance-Part/60-1095.html and they work fine. =============

I too just had my Kartboy exhaust hangers let go—and they look more or less like yours! The only difference is that they were the front pair (by the crossmember) on my car.
Did you ever find replacements, besides the OEM pieces, that is? Would you be interested in selling me your front pair of hangers? =============
Right now I am still using the kartboy's up front and the oem's in the rear. The two sites in this thread seem to be the only aftermarket option. =============
The front hangers have now split so its back to oem. I noticed them when doing an oil change yesterday.
I'm sticking with the oem ones as they have outlasted to so-called "better" hangers in my experience. Its not like I'm a hard driver either and my apex downpipe and SP2 exhaust are not what I would consider heavy.
So when your underneath your car and have a set of kartboys, check them out to make sure they are still intact. =============
