Hi, I was wondering what the name of this actual part is and where would I find it for a MSP? I have tried searching "a/c line" but really found nothing on general autopart sites. Thanks.

Could be a few things:
High pressure A/C line
Low pressure A/C line
Condensor line =============
i am assuming it could be the high pressure line becuase when it ruptured, the green dye came out and it froze over the metal while leaking, or is this the condensor line? =============
theres a picture of the exact line in my car in this thread. thanks

It's refered to as 'cooler pipe #2' in the FSM.
You might be screwed though... the FSM says this allover the place under the a/c section:
Caution
• If moisture or foreign material enters the refrigeration cycle, cooling ability will be lowered and
abnormal noise will occur. Always immediately plug all open fittings after removing any
refrigeration cycle parts to keep moisture or foreign material out of the cycle. =============
