I just got 06 Wagon WRX It happens twice so far no even driving close to 3,000 RPM ; It looks the power got lost for a second and both ligths got on the check engine and the cruise control light .
Any suggestions to fix it will be appreciatte it .

if you dont have a tactrix cable, maybe you can go to a local meet and have someone with the cable check it out.

Could be the CEL for overboost. You will need to reset the ECU or use an OBDII scan tool to reset. The code on an STI is P0244 for overboost.

I'm not sure without looking what the boost limit for CEL is on a stock? 06 WRX.

Any mods?

It is stock The only thing I put is Short Ram with Blow valve.
When I disconnect the battery it reset itself ,But I never know when is coming back again .

^^^um, there's your problem right there...short ram and blow off valve. Either one of those is bad for the car, take them off and reset your ecu.

I going to try to remove the Blow valve first see what happens.

if the bov was full recirculation and 0% vent to atmosphere, would it be pretty much the same as stock ?
