I don't know if I can tell you anything from those logs (also in the future use the code tags)

You didn't log Advanced Multiplier or Knock Correction, the engine load at the end is using the wrong calculation for a Drive-by-wire ECU. The Negative timing value you saw seems to only be when you are decelerating. I don't have a stock 07 STI map to compare it with yet since you've got the newer subaru reflash.

Did you log knock correction in that mess? If you didn't.. there is no way we can really tell whats happening with the timing.
