Can anyone offer any pros and cons? we have found a shop we like, but only need probably the ground floor of a three storey building with only one point of entrance....how would we fair with insurance etc? Someone at work suggested letting the rooms out upstairs to therapists etc, though only when the building is occupied by us, ie they have the same opening hours?
