An employee has just had 12 months statutory maternity leave. They have decided not to return to work but have asked if they are entitled to any holiday pay.

They had all their holiday entitlement for 2007 before they went on maternity leave on 1 May 2007. What they're asking is, are they due any holiday pay for the 4 months to 30 April 2008 when their statutory maternity leave ends?

(Our holiday year runs Jan to Dec)
