reclaiming car ins after no fault claim

Position: Home >> Business >> Insurance >> ÕýÎÄ ¡¡
Hello,

I have just found out that an accident my folks were involved in 2 years ago may be finally decided to be a "non-fault" claim.

This is great news.

However they went to a new insurer for the last 3 years (it's about 2 years ago but covers 3 annual premiums).

Are the new insurer (Direct line) likely to refund the extra they have paid for the last 3 premiums or will we need to get the legal insurance to claim from the 3rd party.

I think they had protected no claims so no loss of no claims but they were loaded because of the accident (for 3 premiums).
