What is the name of your state? FL

Well, now I'm truly confused. We went to the debtor's confirmation hearing and raised a number of points related to the fraudulent nature of the filing.

The debtor's attorney then asked for a continuance so that there could be a hearing on the debtor's objection to my claim first.

Then the judge leaned over and told me what I'd raised were a bunch of grounds for dismissal, rather than grounds to deny the plan, but said I hadn't given him a motion to dismiss. Then he gave me a hard, meaningful look. So I said, "Alllll-righty then, I guess I'll file a motion to dismiss ... ?" kinda trying to feel it out, and he said, "Good. I'm not telling you how to file your motion, but that's the motion you need to file. Fine."

And the debtor's atty. asked if I could file it within ten days or be barred from so filing, and the judge waved his hand at him and snapped, "She's not barred from anything! Sheesh!" I'm not kidding, he said "sheesh."

But suppose he doesn't dismiss it after all and then we've got another confirmation hearing. What constitutes valid reasons to object to a confirmation?
