I'm currently filling out papers for chapter 7 bankruptcy. My question is i am 6 months default on my morgage. I just got a paper that they were starting the foreclosure process. Is there somewhere i can go on the internet to see a sample of how to write a reorganizing statement to save my house? or can you give me some advice on it?
