What is the name of your state? Louisiana my car was reposessed last week. i have contacted a bankruptcy attorney to begin chapter 7 filing but my finance company says i can get the car back by paying $2,500.00 in back payments and fees. question is, if i opt for bankruptcy, will the reposession still be a consideration on future credit concerns or would the bankruptcy "erase" it from my record? |
