Looking for a bookeeper , portfolio of 12 units and use Letting agent who supply monthly statements, I need someone to reconcile and either have a property program or excel spreadsheet so that I be emailed every three months with an overview of what each/all properties...I will do the year end stuff.

Hi, you dont state wether you are looking for someone who is local to you or if you are happy to work long distance? I have clients all over the uk and have never had any problems. I mainly use quickbooks (or sage) and i also have several properties that i let and use quickbooks as i can pull off reports for each property in an instance.
