Does anyone here have experience in corporate finance? Typically what would the Corporate Finance partner in a medium sized firm of accountants charge for raising ?.75M as a mix of equity and debt finance for an established business looking to expand? Would it be a percentage of the finance raised? If so, what sort of percentage and would that be in addition to the finance raised?
