I just thought I would be exceedingly boring and provide a update .....
In case people are not aware there are a few changes to the Companies Act coming in October:
The 1st October 2008 will see a further stage of the implementation of the Companies Act 2006. The areas covered by this include:
The appointment of the independent Company Names Tribunal
Trading Disclosures
Corporate and under-age director requirements.
Changes to the annual return
Share capital reduction through the solvency statement route

And the Companies House online services will close at 10pm on 30th September. Normal service will resume at 07:00 on the 1st October. =============
